Hello ! I’m subletting my big, west-facing room from February 1st to March 31st for €600/month (includes internet, electricity, heating). There could be an option to extend for longer into April as well
In the room there is a 140cm wide japanese futon bed, a small desk, a big wardrobe and some other pieces. The ceilings in the whole flat are super high and typical altbau, and there's a lot of light coming through the big windows
We are well connected with the walter schreiber platz ubahn (U9) 2 minutes away the corner, the S1 sbahn station feuerbachstrasse a 10 minute walk away, and also just two stops from the ringbahn. It's about 30 minutes to S Neukoln, and about 25 minutes to cycle to Krumme Lanke for a swim. The closest grocery store is a small REWE just 2 minutes away, and Lidl, Aldi and Edeka are about 300-400 meters away. There's also many cute cafes and restaurants nearby, as well as some neighborhood bars.
You would be living with Sofia who is from Honduras and studying business and Juliette who is french and studying political science and Nina, a super cuddly cat. Message me if you have any questions or tell me a little bit about yourself if you're interested ! (:
