Es hat einen Balkon auf der Straßenseite und viel Platz für Home Office, Home workout und Stauraum.
Es gibt eine große, gut ausgestattete Küche. Ich würde mich freuen, das Geschirr in der Küche zu teilen, und alles wird für die Untermietung zur Verfügung gestellt werden.

I offer a room with balcony in the flat on the top of a renovated alt-bau in Tempelhof for the summer.
It has a balcony on the street side, and plenty of space for home office, home workout and storage.
There is a large, well equipped kitchen. Would be happy to share the kitchenware in the flat, and all will be provided for the sublet.

Die Wohnung liegt in Tempelhof in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Neukölln. Die leigt am Tempelhofer Weg neben Gottlieb-dunkel strasse.
Um Natur zu erleben und z.B. joggen zu gehen sind der Wiese und der Park nur einige Minuten entfernt. Zur Bergholzstrasse Bushaltestelle und einem Dönerladen läufst du ca. 100m entfernt. Lidl and Rewe gibt es in 300m. Tempelhoferfeld und S+U Hermannstraße sind 1km entfernt.
Es gibt Fahrradabstellplätze vorhanden.

The apartment is located in Tempelhof in close proximity to Neukölln. It lies on Tempelhofer Weg next to Gottlieb-dunkel-strasse.
To experience nature and to go jogging (gladly together) the meadow and park are only a few minutes away. To the Bergholzstrasse bus stop and a Dönershop you walk about 100m away. There is Lidl and Rewe and a doner store in 300m. Tempelhoferfeld and +s+U Hermannstraße are 1 km away.
There is bicycle parking available.

Ich suche eine Mitbewohnerin, mit der ich ab und an auch mal zusammen kochen (nicht unbedingt) und quatschen kann, obwohl ich nicht viel Freizeit habe. Freue mich darauf, dich kennenzulernen!
Ich arbeite als Informatikerin. Ich liebe diese Wohnung und verbringe gerne Zeit hier. Ansonsten verbringe ich meine Zeit mit Kochen, Yoga, Meditation und mit den Hunden meiner Freunde.
Es wäre für mir möglich, nur die Dame zu begrüßen, die kein Problem mit Hunde hat. Zwei mittelgroße Hunde von meinen Fruenden in der Nachbarn (Labrador und Husky) kommen oft in die Wohnung.

Es gibt nicht viele Regeln in der WG, aber ich würde es begrüßen, wenn die Gemeinschaftsräume ordentlich wären.

I work as a data analyst. I love this apartment and like to spend time here. Otherwise I spend my time in cooking, yoga, meditation and with dogs from my friends.
It would be possible for me to welcome only the lady who has no problem with dogs. Two medium sized dogs from my neighbors (Labrador and Husky) often come to the apartment.
