Große WG sucht Zuwachs

In unserer großen WG in Tempelhof werden insgesamt 3 Zimmer frei, zwei ab dem 01.02. und eines bereits ab Januar.

Die Wohnung ist eine 7-er WG, die sich über einen großen Berliner Altbau von 233m2 erstreckt. Gemeinschaftsräume sind ein 40m2 Wohnzimmer mit großem Esstisch, Couch, Beamer und Klavier sowie eine große Küche mit Esstisch. Es gibt ein kleines Bad mit Waschbecken und Toilette und ein großes Bad mit Waschbecken, Toilette und Dusche bzw. Badewanne.

Für unsere neuen Mitbewohner:innen gibt es keine allgemeinen Auschlusskriterien (wie z.B. Alter oder Geschlechterrolle). Idealerweise wuenschen wir uns allerdings jemanden, der, wie wir auch, aus Überzeugung und nicht (nur) aus Not in einer Wohngemeinschaft leben moechte, und der/die Lust hat, das Zusammenleben aktiv mitzugestalten und innerhalb der Gemeinschaft Verantwortung zu uebermehmen.

Die Zimmer:

Zimmer 1: 8 qm, ca 380 Euro insgesamt, ggf. ab Januar
Es handelt sich um ein kleines Zimmer neben der Küche, das mit einem Bett, Regal, kleiner Kommode und einem kleinen Schrank ausgestattet ist. Im angebundenen Flur sind zusätzlich zwei Kleiderstangen installiert. Es hat, wenn man das möchte, auch einen eigenen Eingang über die Wendeltreppe zum Innenhof. Es geht nach Osten und hat morgens Sonne.

Zimmer 2: 15 qm, ca 450 Euro insgesamt, unmöbliert ab 01. Februar

Das Zimmer befindet sich im hinteren Teil der Wohnung und sieht in den Innenhof. Im Flur vor der Tür gibt es Stauraum für Schuhe und Jacken.

Zimmer 3: 10 qm, ca 400 Euro insgesamt, ab 01. Februar

Das Zimmer befindet sich im vorderen Teil der WG und sieht ebenfalls in den Innenhof. Im Moment nutzen wir die hohen Decken für eine Hochbettkonstruktion, sodass man die gesamte Grundfläche anderweitig verwenden kann. Im angrenzenden Eingangsbereich gibt es Stauraum fuer Schuhe und Jacken.

Im Zimmer verbleiben würden eine Futon-Matratze und eine kleine Kommode.

We are offering three rooms in our large shared flat in Tempelhof! Two of them are free from February, while one is free from January.

The rooms are part of a flat shared between 7 people, which is situated in a very large Berlin old building (233m2). The communal space includes a big living room (40 m2) - including a couch (with projector), piano, and a large dinner table - and a kitchen. There is also a big bathroom with bathroom and shower and small bathroom with a toilet.

There are no general constraints on what sort of flatmate we are looking for. However, ideally, we are looking for someone who, like us, wants to live in a shared flat out of conviction and not (merely) out of necessity, and who is keen to actively shape and participate in our shared life and who wants to take responsibility within our community accordingly.

Rooms:

Room 1: 8 m2, ca 380 all costs included, from January.

A small room next to the kitchen, that comes with a bed, a shelf, a small dresser and a small cupboard. There are clothrails in the adjacent corridor. There is a small separate entrance attached to the room (via the corridor), which leads into the backyard. The room faces eastward, so it catches the morning sun.

Room 2: 15 m2, ca. 450 Euros all costs included, unfurnished, from February.

The room is in the back part of the flat and faces the backyard. There is storage space for coats and shoes in the adjacent corridor.

Room 3: 10 m2, ca. 400 Euros all costs included, from February

The room is the front part of the flat and is also facing the backyard. At the moment, a loft bed construction is taking advantage of the high ceilings, thus, the entire floor space can be used for other stuff. There is also storage space for coats and shoes in the entry area just outside the room.

The room is unfurnished besides a Futon mattress and small dresser.
