ich bin Franzi. Meine Mitbewohnerin ist vor Kurzem aus unserer schönen WG ausgezogen und ihr Zimmer ist frei. Ich möchte es jetzt erstmal untervermieten.
Die Wohnung hat zwei Zimmer und ist sehr ruhig, sie liegt südlich vom Tempelhofer Feld in der Nähe vom S Hermannstr. Der Schillerkiez mit seinen schönen Cafés befindet sich etwa 15 Gehminuten entfernt und der nächste Supermarkt (Lidl) ist direkt um die Ecke. Es duftet außerdem draußen sehr oft nach Vanillewaffeln von der Bahlsen-Keksfabrik, was ich total liebe. Das Zimmer ist ca. 14 m2 groß, geht zum Hinterhof raus und hat einen kleinen Balkon. Die Miete beträgt 450 Euro monatlich, mit Internet und Strom ebenfalls eingerechnet. Das Zimmer ist möbliert, aber sehr basic, es gibt ein Bett, eine Leselampe, sowie ein kleines Regal für deine Sachen. Die Fotos sind nicht ganz aktuell, dort ist das Zimmer noch vollständig möbliert. Falls du das Zimmer ein bisschen kürzer oder länger mieten möchtest, wäre das auch möglich.
Mit meiner Mitbewohnerin habe ich 1,5 Jahre hier gewohnt und die Wohnung vor Kurzem übernommen. Ich bin 31 und schreibe meine Masterarbeit in Geographie, nebenbei arbeite ich noch in einem Klamottenladen. Ich singe im Chor und in einer Band und bin gerne unterwegs. Ich unternehme einfach gerne was, treffe meine Freundi, gehe gerne in Ausstellungen, Bars und tanze sehr sehr gerne. Ich freue mich auf Gemeinsamkeit, mag sehr gerne entspanntes Alltag-Teilen, sich mitbekommen, spontanes und geplantes längeres oder kurzes Zusammensitzen. Es ist aber für mich auch voll in Ordnung, wenn du zu Hause lieber für dich bist und dich zurückziehst, gerade weil es ja nur eine Zwischenmiete ist.
Mir ist außerdem sehr wichtig, dass die Wohnung sauber ist und es wäre toll, wenn es dir ähnlich geht.

My name is Franzi. My flatmate recently moved out of our nice flat and her room is now available for short-term rent.
The flat has two rooms, a kitchen, bathroom and a balcony. It is situated south of Tempelhofer Feld in a quiet residential area, 15 minutes walk from S+U Hermannstraße. Outside it often smells like vanilla waffles, because the Bahlsen cookie factory is nearby:)
The room is about 14 square meters with a balcony and faces the backyard of the building. The room is furnished but really basic, only with a bed, a small light for reading and a shelf. The rent for the room is 450 Euro per month. It is also possible to rent the room for a shorter or longer time period than a month.
I am 31 and I am currently writing my master thesis in Geography. Besides that, I also work at a small clothing store. In my free time I sing in a choir and in a band and just like to be active and do things, meet friends, go to exhibitions, the movies, theatre, go out to dance. I can get passionate about many things. But I am also very calm and enjoy taking time for things and resting. When living in a shared flat I really enjoy sharing little moments and like to chat about the day. I like to hang out together but is also fine for me if you prefer being more on your own and want to rest in your room. To me it is also very important that the flat is kept clean and that cleanness also matters to you and we share the household work, for the time that we live together.
