ich würde gern meine voll möblierte, und mit Liebe eingerichtet 3 Zimmerwohnung(69qm) für 5 Wochen in vertrauenswürdige Hände geben. Der Preis bezieht sich auf 1 Zimmer. Es gibt 2 Zimmer welche vermietet werden. (WZ 21 qm sowie SZ 11qm + Arbeitszimmer 10qm = 21qm)
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Lage direkt gegenüber dem St. Joseph Krankenhaus, hat ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, sowie ein Wohnzimmer mit großem Hochbett und einer ausziehbaren Couch. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine und einem großen Kühlschrank. Wohnzimmer incl. Schreibtisch / Arbeitszimmer hat Zugang zum Balkon + Schreibtisch. Es gibt HighSpeed Internet und WLAN, und beide Zimmer sind mit Fernsehr ausgestattet.

I'd like to give my fully-furnished, 3 room apartment(69sqm) for 4-5 Weeks in trusted hands. The Price is per Room (Living Room 21sqm / Bedroom + Workspace = 21sqm)and I like to let the Living Room as Well as the Bedroom. It is located in a bright, quiet location, directly opposite St. Joseph Hospital. It has a bedroom with large double bed, and a bunk bed and a fold-out couch in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and a large fridge.
The office has access to the balcony including Workdesk. Livingroom has a Highbed including Workdesk below. You have HighSpeed Internet and WiFi.
Verkerstechnisch seid Ihr direkt am Südkreuz von wo aus man in Alle Richtungen fahren kann. In 15 min. ist man am Bhf. Zoologischer Garten! Kaufland und Aldi befinden sich direkt ums Eck, und Ihr seid mit dem Fahrrad in null komma nix am Bergmannkiez: Wo man das beste Essen von ganz Berlin bekommt!! Außerdem, ebenfalls nur einen Steinwurf entfernt. (quasi direkt gegenüber) Könnt Ihr in Berlins größtem Park, joggen, drachensteigen, fahrradfahren oder einfach nur spazierengehen.

The Place is right next (5 min. walk) to Südkreuz Train Station (Southcross), where you can go by Train and S-Train to all directions. It is also a 5 min walk to the Metro Station of Paradestraße, where you can access the U6 and go to Tegel Airport in 35 min. From Südkreuz it is 15 min. to the station of Zoologischer Garten! A very large Kaufland-Shopping Center and Aldi are right around te corner, and a stone's throw away you are at Bergmannkiez: Where you can find the most delicious food of the entire city! Moreover, also just a stone's throw. (literally right over) You are in Berlin's largest park (the former Tempelhof Airfield) where you can fly a kite, go cycling or just
go for a walk.
Da ich sonst alleine Lebe hängt es ganz von Euch ab wie ihr Euer WG Leben gestaltet. ;-) Bevor ich Deutschland verlasse schlage ich vor eine kleine Kennenlernrunde zu veranstalten, bei welcher Ihr euch Kennenlernen könnt, ich euch die Schlüssel aushändige und nochmal die Features und Feinheiten der der Wohnung zeige bzw. erkläre.
Tagsüber wäre es mir lieber Ihr sprecht etwas auf den AB und ich rufe euch dann zurück, oder Ihr schickt mir eine SMS.
