We are Renata (Russia) and Paula (Spain) and 23 year old and studentsWe are searching for a new roommate. The apartment is fully furnished and has a one eat-in kitchen. The kitchen has a dishwasher, a washing machine and everything you need (plates, pans, toaster). The room has a desk, bed, closet, towels, beddings, hanger…
You basically need only your luggage with your clothes to move in 😊 We are searching a roomie, we can hang out with, have dinner together once in a while, watch a movie together and just have a nice and cosy atmosphere in our house. There will also be a cleaning plan 😊
Anmeldung is possible.

Monthly rent: 420 €
Within the monthly rent is everything included, such as internet, gas, electricity, TV-Tax, Trash… except heating.
The room is available from the 1st of july and should be rented at least 6 months, but in exceptional cases we can also talk.
Location:
The location is amazing cause the Tempelhofer Feld is not far away. There you can do sports or have a barbecue with your friends, us 😊. It is very central and near to the U6 and Ring Bahn train station Tempelhof (5 min). This train has a direct connection to Friedrichstr, Stadtmitte, Mehringdamm and Gesundbrunnen. In this area are great restaurants and coffeshops. In the backyard of the building is a super nice and very big private garden.
There are different kinds of delicious and cheap food to find. The Tempelhofer Damm has a plenty of Shops, Supermarkets and Stores.
