Das Zimmer zeichnet sich aus durch eine halbe Wand mitten im Raum, die eine coole Aufteilung ermöglicht. Es hat 23 m2 und drei Fenster; somit ist es recht hell. Wenn Du möchtest, kannst Du einige Möbel übernehmen, Du musst es aber nicht.
The room (23m2) is characterized by a wall which separates the room in two spaces. There are three windows so the room is pretty bright. If you want to, you will be able to buy some furniture from the previous tenant but you don't have to.
Die U6 (Alt-Tempelhof) ist sehr nah. Und auch die Ringbahn ist fußläufig erreichbar (S Tempelhof). Entsprechend ist das Tempelhofer Feld nicht allzu weit weg. Direkt hinter der Wohnung sind mehrere Parks (auch Tischtennisplatten). Alles in Allem ist es eine ruhige Gegend mit mehren Supermärkten und Dönerläden. Nichtsdestotrotz ist der nächste Späti und das nächste coole Café nicht weit.
The underground (U6 Alt-Tempelhof) and the S-Bahn Tempelhof are nearby. And the Tempelhofer Feld as well. Directly behind the flat there are multiple parks (with the possibility to play table-tennis). It is a quiet area with many supermarkets and Dönerläden. Nevertheless the next Späti and coffee shop are not far.
Wir sind Anna (Pronomen: sie) und Chrissi (Pronomen: sie). Wir sind seit Jahren ein Paar und leben auch schon länger in dieser Wohnung. Da wir leider beide schlechte Erfahrungen mit cis-Männern gemacht haben, wollen wir nur noch in einer FLINT* WG leben. Das Zusammenleben stellen wir uns sehr gemeinschaftlich und liebevoll vor, wir wollen definitiv keine Zweck WG. Schließlich legen wir noch wert darauf, dass sich Menschen eigenverantwortlich um das Putzen und sonstige Sachen kümmern. Gerne teilen wir uns mit Dir eine Bio-Kiste. Wir freuen uns auf Dich und möchten Dich gerne kennenlernen!
We are Anna (she) and Chrissi (she). We are a couple and have lived in this flat for a few years. Since we both made bad experiences with cis-guys we prefer a FlINT* WG. We would like to live in a friendly and caring environment. Finally we would prefer a responsible person who is able to clean without asking. Gladly we share an organic box with you (vegetables).
