25 square meter room with contract, available on long term from the beginning of November. I will move some of the furniture but we for sure have a bed, desk and couch for you if you need it.
We are a big, creative and slightly chaotic WG, consisting of nine people of different ages and nationalities. We enjoy having a few beers together, playing board games or jamming, but people just as often pull back to spend time by themselves.
Since we are into arts and creativity, it would be cool if you are as well! It doesn’t matter though if you’re super outgoing or more introverted - the only important thing for us is mutual respect.
We are aware that the rent is high and actively working on lowering it. If you have any questions about that, feel free to ask. The upside of our living situation is that we are very free to do what we want with the flat. Also, this is a place where people come and go so another room might get available soon.
