Hello people,
We rent our cozy little apartment near Tempelhofer Feld in Berlin for two months. The flat is 55qm big and has two rooms (24 and 14qm each). Both rooms are equipped with basic furniture and the kitchen has everything you need to cook and eat there. The total rent is 700 € per month, everything included (internet too).

Hallo liebe Leute,
wir vermieten unsere 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in der Nähe vom Tempelhofer Feld ab Februar für zwei Monate zur Zwischenmiete. Die Zimmer sind teilweise möbliert. Da wir beide bereits ausgezogen sind, haben wir einen Teil der Möbel mitgenommen und einen anderen Teil dagelassen.
Das große Zimmer ist 25 qm groß und darin bleibt das Sofa, der Schreibtisch, bei Bedarf auch das Bett und die Kleiderstange. Das kleine Zimmer ist 14qm groß und hat einen Balkon. Dort bleibt der Lattenrost mit Matratze, Schreibtisch, Regale, eine Kleiderstange und ein Sessel. Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit den gängigen Utensilien, die gerne genutzt werden können.
Die Miete einschließlich Nebenkosten beträgt 700 € pro Monat.

Unsere Wohnung liegt im sogenannten Bärenpark, einer Wohnsiedlung neben der Bahlsen Keksfabrik,
direkt an der Grenze zwischen Tempelhof und Neukölln. Mit dem Fahrrad sind es 7 Minuten zum Tempelhofer Feld und zur S-Bahn Hermannstraße. Ansonsten sind es zu Fuß circa 15 Minuten zur S-Bahn oder man nimmt den Bus, der direkt vor dem Bärenpark hält. Man wohnt hier ziemlich ruhig, ist aber auch schnell im lebhaften Neukölln oder Tempelhof.
