The unfurnished room is on the 3rd floor in a beautiful old building. The lockable room offers a lot of space through a passage room.
The room height is about 3.50 m and the apartment is equipped with wooden floorboards. Bathroom, kitchen and hallway and balcony are common areas.
PLEASE NOTE that we need someone to rent out the place latest mid March! The viewing will be on Tuesday :)
In this area, you will have a good variety of options when it comes to different shops.
U6 is reachable within 3-minute walk, also bus stop is very close.
The area itself is calm and we have some beautiful parks close by as well.
As your possible future roommates, you will have Jenna (🇫🇮28) and Meghan (🇮🇪26). Jenna is doing home office, working as an SEO specialist while Meghan is working as a cook in a restaurant. Meghan's dog, Fiadh, is also a valuable part-time house member, so we hope you get along with dogs as well! 🐶
From our future roommate, we hope that you are someone who would fit into our great dynamics we have going on. In this WG, we like to spend time together, while still have the respect towards our own time and space. Home for us is the place to relax and comfortably be ourselves. This is not a party WG, but sometimes we like to invite our friends over and then we often hang out in the kitchen - You are more than welcome to join us if you like of course. ☺️ Overall, for us it is important, that the person who will be moving in is clean and respectful. And likes dogs!
