Geräumiges teil- oder unmöbiliertes Zimmer an der Südseite der Wohung. Momentan steht ein großer Schrank im Zimmer. Dieser kann bei Bedarf auch gerne Benutzt werden.
Das Zimmer hat direkten Zugang zu einem Balkon, der selbstverständlich mitbenutz werden kann.
Die Wohung und besonders die Küche ist grundlegend gut Ausgestatt. Spülmaschiene ist vorhanden, Besteck, Geschirr, Töpfe, Backausrüstung und Pizzastein dürfen alle gerne mitbenutzt werden.
Das Bad ist nichts besonders aber besitzt eine Badewanne.
Large, partially furnitured Room on the north side of the apartment. Currently furnished with a large cabinet.
The Room as direct access to the balkony, that can be used as well.
The flat and especially the kitchen is well furnished. Dishwasher, dishes, pans, backing equipment and a pizza stone are all aviable for shared use.
The bathroom is nothing special but features a bathtub
Die Wohngegend ist sehr ruhig, daher ist die Wohung auch leider nicht sehr Partygeignet. Die nächste Ubahn-Anbindung ist 7 min entfernt und der Bus hält fast vor der Haustür.
Grundlegende Einkausmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden und der Tempelhofer Hafen ist nur eine UBhan-Station entfernt.
The flat is in a very quite area and is not really suited for the nonstop party life.
The next subwas station is around 7 minutes away and the next bus stop is almost right infront of the apartment.
Shopping options are there but not outstanding. Tempelhofer Hafen can be reached by subway (one station away).
Ich bin ein It-Student in den letzten Semestern und arbeite nebenher in der IT-Logistik. Bin von Natur aus eher ruhig, aber diskutiere und koche gerne zusammen mit anderen. In meine Freizeit beschäftige ich mich viel mit Brettspielen, geh Spazieren, Lese, spiele Videospiele und Bastel an kleinen Projekten. Ah und ich ernähre mich vegitarisch, neige politisch zum linksgrünversifften Spektrum, störe mich aber nicht sonderlich an anderen Diäten.
Wünschen tu ich mir ein freundschaftliches Miteinander und nicht nur eine Zweck-WG. Ich brauche wie die meisten Menschen eine gewisse Zeit für mich selbst, aber gemeinsame Koch und Brettspielabende oder auch andere Unternehmungen bin ich leicht zu begeistern.
Ich habe selbst keinen Putzfimmel, aber eine grundlegende Sauberkeit ist wünschenswert. Gerne mit oder auch ohne Putzplan, was auch immer funktioniert.
I am a quite computer science student in my hopefully final semsters and work part time.
I am a rather calm person but like to socialices as well. I would especially enjoy shared board-game nights or cooking together but am open to most ventures. :)
I am politically left leaning and a vegitarain but don´t discriminate against other lifestyles.
