Hallo ihr Lieben, ich biete mein Zimmer (ca. 16m²) zur Untermiete von Anfang Mai bis Mitte Juni an, da ich zwischen zwei Jobs im verlängerten Urlaub sein werde. Mein Zimmer ist hell und geht zur ruhigen Straßenseite raus mit grünem Ausblick. Gemütlicher Lesesessel, Dielenboden, großes Bett und ein nicht zu vollgestelltes Zimmer, schaffen eine gemütliche Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Schreibtisch, Bildschirm und kleine Musikanlage mit Boxen sind ebenso vorhanden. Kosten für das Zimmer sind 500 Euro pro Monat.

Hello lovelies, I am offering my room (approx. 16m²) for sublet from beginning of May until mid-June, as I will be on extended vacation between two jobs. My room is bright and faces the quiet side of the street with a green view. Comfortable reading chair, floorboards, large bed and a room that is not too cluttered create a cozy feel-good atmosphere. A desk, screen and small music system with speakers are also available. The room costs 500 euros per month.
Die Wohnung liegt auf der Grenze zwischen Tempelhof und Neukölln Das Tempelhofer Feld ist ca. 5 Minuten auf dem Fahrrad entfernt und die Lage ist super ruhig. In der Nähe ist eine Parkanlage, die zum Spazieren einlädt. Die Bahnstation S/U Hermannstraße ist ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

The apartment is located on the border between Tempelhof and Neukölln The Tempelhofer Feld is about 5 minutes away by bike and the location is super quiet. There is a park nearby that invites you to go for a walk. The S/U Hermannstraße train station is approx. 10 minutes away on foot. Shopping facilities are within walking distance.
Mein lieber Mitbewohner Marvin (32) und ich teilen uns eine 57m² Wohnung. Marvin ist tiefenentspannt, kommt aus Bremen, arbeitet im HomeOffice für ein Startup, die sich mit nachhaltigen Lieferketten beschäftigen und ist Natur- (Segler, Kletterer, Radler und Wanderer) und Kulturmensch (Bars, Club, Expositions). Er schwingt gerne den Kochlöffel und bastelt/schraubt gerne mit Holz. Neben Deutsch und Englisch ist er der Spanischen Sprache mächtig.
