One 15m2 room available in our large flat. There are three of us living in the flat now. We are looking for one new housemate. Large open plan shared living space with the kitchen at its center. A balcony looks south over Tempelhof, overlooking the ufa Fabrik and Ullsteinhaus. Near the entrance to the flat is an office space that can also be used as guest room. There is additional storage space at the back of this. There are two large bathrooms including a separate bath and shower.
The bedroom in the corner (Kind 2/bedroom 2) is available. At the moment, there is a mattress and a cupboard in it which can be used.

In unserer Wohnung wird ein Zimmer frei. Aktuell leben drei Personen in der Wohnung (davon ein Paar) und nutzen das eine Zimmer im Eingangsbereich als Gast-/Arbeitszimmer und als weiteren Stauraum.
Die Wohnung hat einen großen gemeinschaftlichen Wohn- und Essbereich mit der Küche in der Mitte. Es gibt einen langen Südbalkon, der Tempelhof, die ufa Fabrik und das Ullsteinhaus überblickt. Es gibt 2 Badezimmer mit separater Dusche und Badewanne.
Das Zimmer in der Ecke (Kind 2) ist frei. Im Moment gibt es eine Matratze und einen Schrank, die genutzt werden können.
The flat is on the 5th floor. There is no lift. There are two cages for storage in the cellar. We are a few minutes away from Ullsteinstrasse U-Bahn.
Die Wohnung ist im 5. Stock und es gibt keinen Aufzug. Wir haben 2 Abteile im Keller für Fahrräder und Stauraum. Wir sind wenige Minuten von der U-Bahnhaltestelle Ullsteinstraße entfernt.
Will (English) 30 and Miriam (German) 36 have the room in the other corner of the flat. Anika (German) 34 lives in the room closest to the kitchen. Miriam is a doctor who works for Gesundheitsamt 4 days a week. Will is an engineer who works from home one day. Anika is a work psychologist who works for a consultancy (1-2 days from home).
We are looking for one person to move in with us who would be happy to share the buying and cooking of food. We are vegetarian and we like cooking a lot and like doing this communally.
Sadly we cannot have any pets in the house, although the prospective new housemate should be comfortable around dogs as we sometimes look after our neighbour’s dog called Peanut.

Will (Brite) ist 30 und Miriam (Deutsche) 35 bewohnen das Zimmer in der anderen Ecke. Miriam ist Ärztin und arbeitet für das Gesundheitsamt. Will ist Ingenieur und arbeitet einen Tag in der Woche im Homeoffice. Anika (Deutsche) 34 ist Arbeitspsychologin in einer Unternehmensberatung und arbeitet 1-2 Tage in der Woche im Homeoffice.
Wir suchen eine*n Mitbewohner*in, die*der gemeinschaftlich mit uns einkaufen und essen kochen möchte. Wir essen vegetarisch und kochen gern und viel.
Leider dürfen wir in der Wohnung keine Haustiere haben, die potentielle Mitbewohner*in sollte aber nichts gegen Hunde haben, da uns manchmal der Nachbarshund Peanut besucht.
