Hello!
We are renting out one bedroom in a newly renovated flat in Tempelhof-Berlin (Right next to the Tempelhofer-Feld and public transport line "Ring"). Ideally, you are an exchange student and wish to stay in Berlin for the winter semester 2023. We will be leaving for an exchange semester as well, and would love to give other students a place to stay!
The flat is 51sqm in total with the bedroom being about 18sqm big.
Please only apply, if you're available for the entire period from October to the end of February (We have a small amount of wiggle room).
Smoking is not permitted whatsoever, not on the balcony or anywhere else!
Please also keep the apartment in a clean state all times out of respect for us and the person you will share the flat with.
About the room:
It comes with a
- Desk
- Deskchair
- Bed (160x200) (You need to bring your own linen and sheet covers)
- Curtains
- Wardrobe
- Sofa
This room is set to be a classic workspace and bedroom combination. With a large desk and bed I managed to have a quite comfortable day-to-day life while the couch can also be used throughout the day. The thick curtains effectively darken the room at night. Currently not in this room are most plants, the monitor and my bedsheets.
Kitchen:
- Dish washer
- Stove and oven
- Refrigerator
- Washdryer
- Shelves
- Sink
- Seating arrangements and table
Bathroom:
- Bathtub and shower
- Toilet
- Sink
- Shelve space for hygiene articles
- Mirror
Hallway:
- Mirror
- Wardrobe
The location is greatly connected to any part of Berlin. The bus is only 5 minutes away, the Underground Train 5 minutes as well and the S-Bahn just 8 minutes per foot.
It is really central and near good locations for having a drink or dinner (Bergmannkiez, Schillerkiez).
There are many supermarkets and restaurants about 5 minutes away from the flat.
The highlight of the location is, with no doubt, the access to the Tempelhofer-Feld (which is about 8 minutes away per foot).
We are both originally from Berlin and would be happy to welcome an exchange student!
You will share the apartment with another student who is already living there.
We will be conducting short online meet and greets to get to know you!
If you get back to me for this offer, please answer the following questions:
What is most important in shared living for you?
Would you describe yourself as an extrovert or introvert?
What are your hobbies and interests?
Where are you from and what are you studying? (Interest only :D)
Things that are not permitted:
- Smoking
- Pets
- Bringing in other people overnight for longer periods (Always ask for permission anyways)
Also, please only apply if you're available for the full period from October to February (We have a small amount of wiggle room).
