Das Zimmer befindet sich im vierten Stock (oberstes Stockwerk) auf der Seite mit Morgensonne zur Straße.
Es liegt neben dem Wohnzimmer. Das Wohnzimmer ist das Durchgangszimmer zum Flur.

Von der Haustür zur Straße bist du innerhalb von einer Minute an der U-Bahnhaltestelle Kaiserin-Augusta-Straße (U6) und damit auch schnell am Ring (zwei Station bis S Tempelhof) oder schnell am Südkreuz. Mit der U6 kann man auch gut bis Mitte durchfahren oder ist schnell draußen am Stadtrand wenn man mehr Ruhe braucht.

Zum Joggen oder Spazieren gehen ist das Tempelhofer Feld nicht weit weg (1 km) oder der Teltow-Kanal (800 m).
Der Tempelhofer Hafen ist auch fußläufig erreichbar. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es DM, Rossman, Aldi und Rewe.
Hinter dem Haus gibt es einen Park, der im Sommer zum Picknick einlädt.

It is next to the living room. The living room is the connecting room to the hallway.

From the front door to the street you are within one minute at the underground station Kaiserin-Augusta-Straße (U6) and thus also quickly at the Ring (two stops to S Tempelhof) or quickly at Südkreuz. You can also take the U6 to Mitte or quickly get to the outskirts of the city if you need more peace and quiet.

For jogging or walking, the Tempelhofer Feld is not far away (1 km) or the Teltow Canal (800 m).
Tempelhof harbour is also within walking distance. DM, Rossman, Aldi and Rewe are in the immediate vicinity.
There is a park behind the house, which is ideal for picnics in summer.

Du ziehst in eine 3er-WG ein und hast das größte Zimmer.
Die Küche, der Flur und das Bad werden gemeinsam genutzt und abwechselnd gereinigt. Toilettenpapier wird abwechselnd gekauft. Bratöl und Essig sowie Salz und Gewürze werden geteilt. Die WG-Aufgaben werden so aufgeteilt, dass alle ihren Beitrag leisten.

Wäsche kann nicht im Zimmer, aber im Wäschekeller (Wäscheleine, Wäscheständer, Bügel) getrocknet werden. In der WG gibt es eine Waschmaschine und Wäschekörbe.
Die WG ist mit einem neuen Kühlschrank und Gefriergerät ausgestattet. Es gibt einen Toaster und einen Wasserkocher sowie eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit Herd und Ofen.

Meine Mitbewohner*innen sind beide berufstätig und arbeiten teilweise von zu Hause.
Es ist eine vegane WG, das heißt, du solltest dich innerhalb der Wohnung vegan ernähren und nur pflanzliche Lebensmittel lagern. Was du außerhalb machst, ist natürlich egal.

You move into a 3-bed flat share and have the largest room.
The kitchen, hallway and bathroom are shared and cleaned on a rotating basis. Toilet paper is bought in turns. Cooking oil and vinegar as well as salt and spices are shared. Shared tasks are divided up so that everyone does their bit.

Laundry cannot be dried in the room, but can be dried in the laundry room (washing line, clothes horse, hanger). There is a washing machine and laundry baskets in the shared flat.
The flat share is equipped with a new fridge and freezer. There is a toaster and a kettle as well as a well-equipped kitchen with a hob and oven.

My flatmates are both employed and sometimes work from home.
It's a vegan flat share, which means you should eat vegan inside the flat and only store plant-based food. Of course, it doesn't matter what you do outside.
