Wir bieten 1 Zimmer in unserer 2-Zimmer Wohnung im Zentrum von Berlin an. (Tiergarten, 10787)
Das wird an sich eine WG, aber praktisch gesehen wirst Du die ganze Wohnung für Dich haben, weil ich und mein Freund nur paar Nächte pro Monat da bleiben.
Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert, hat ein Schlafzimmer (Dein Zimmer) und ein Wohnzimmer mit Küche (wo wir manchmal bleiben werden und Du natürlich mitbenutzen kannst).
Wifi inklusive.
Wir suchen jemanden, der/die für eine bestimmte Zeit bis zu 6 Monaten eine ruhige Bleibe sucht, der/die äußerst sauber und ordentlich ist. Keine Partys und keine Übernachtungen.
Mietbeginn: 01.09.2023 , könnte auch flexibel sein.

We offer 1 room in our 2-room apartment in the center of Berlin. (Tiergarten, 10787)
This will be a shared apartment, but practically you will have the whole apartment to yourself, because me and my boyfriend will stay there only a few nights per month.
The apartment is fully furnished, has a bedroom (your room) and a living room with kitchen (where we will stay sometimes and you can share of course).
Wifi included.
We are looking for someone who is looking for a quiet place to stay for a period of time up to 6 months, that is clean and tidy. No parties and no sleepovers.
Start of rental: September 1st, 2023, could also be flexible.
