Ich suche einen Mitbewohner ab dem 01.10.2023. Wichtig ist, dass du als Student in einer Berliner Uni eingeschrieben sein musst, um hier wohnen zu dürfen.
I am looking for a roommate starting on the 01.10.2023. Ist is important that you are immatriculated at a university in Berlin to be eligible to live here.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral mit den Bussen M48, M85, M29 und der U2 in der Nähe. Es gibt keine Waschmaschine in der Wohnung, es gibt allerdings einen Waschkeller auf dem Hof. Internet ist im Preis inbegriffen, du benötigst nur einen Router.
The location is very central with the busses M48, M85, M29 and the U2 close by. There is no washing machine in the flat, but there is a laundry room on the yard. Internet access is included in the price, all you need is a router.
Ich selber beende gerade meinen Master in Bioinformatik. Mein Mann ist öfter zu Besuch und übernachtet auch öfters hier, allerdings halten wir uns die meiste Zeit in meinem Zimmer auf. Ein besonders soziales WG-Leben ist mir nicht wichtig, es ist vollkommen ausreichend wenn du ruhig bist, dich an Putzpläne hältst, usw.
