Bei dem Zimmer handelt es sich um ein ca. 23 m² großen Raum, hinzu kommt ein ca. 2 m² großer Erker sowie ein Balkon. Das Zimmer ist ca. 3,60 hoch und hat eine wunderschöne Stuckdecke. Durch die vielen hohen Fenster ist das Zimmer sehr schön hell.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3.OG eines schönen Berliner Altbaus von 1926. Die Wohnung hat insgesamt ca. 120 m² mit 3 Zimmern, einem Bad mit Dusche und Wanne, ein extra WC sowie eine große Wohnküche welche mit Spülmaschine, Herd, Ofen, Kühlschrank sowie separatem Gefrierschrank ausgestattet ist. Der Hauptbahnhof ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
