Das helle Zimmer ist für 6 Monate vom 01. Mai bis zum 01. November zur Untermiete verfügbar. Es ist 17 qm groß, mit abgezogenen Dielen und wird möbliert angeboten. Es ist ausgestattet mit einem 2,00 x 2,00 m Bett, Couch, Schreibtisch, und Kleiderschrank.
In dem Mietpreis ist Warmmiete, Strom, Gez, und Internetflatrate, sowie ein halber Anteil an unserer lokalen Gemüsekiste enthalten. Einmal die Woche bekommen wir frisches Gemüse aus der Umgebung. Der Anteil dafür ist im Preis mit enthalten. Das können wir nochmal genauer erklären, wenn du kurz vorbeikommst. Die Miete beträgt dann 450 € im Monat.

English:
The bright room is available for 6 months from 1st of May until 1st of November. It is 17 square meters, with stripped planks and is offered furnished. It is equipped with a 2,00 x 2,00 m bed, couch, desk, and wardrobe.
The rent includes warm rent, electricity, gez, and internet flatrate, as well as a half share of our local vegetable crate. Once a week we get fresh vegetables from the area. The share is included in the price. We can explain that in more detail if you come by for a moment.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im ruhigen Hansaviertel nahe der Spree. Trotzdem ist sie sehr gut angebunden da es nur 7 Minuten Fußweg zur S-Bahn Station Tiergarten bzw. zur U-Bahn Hansaplatz sind. Man ist also sehr schnell im Zentrum Berlins. Außerdem läuft man nur 10-15 Minuten bis zur TU. Da wir gut an die U9 angebunden sind, ist man auch sehr schnell in Wedding/Moabit, um sich dort eine schöne Bar zu suchen.

The apartment is located in the quiet Hansaviertel near the Spree. Nevertheless, it is very well connected as it is only 7 minutes walk to the S-Bahn station Tiergarten or the subway Hansaplatz. So you are very fast in the center of Berlin. In addition, it only takes 10-15 minutes to the TU.
Since you are connected to the U9 you´d be very quick in Wedding/Moabit to find some bars that you like.

Ich bin Jonas, 25 und studiere Erneuerbare Energien an der TU im Master und ziehe ab Mai für mindestens 6 Monate nach Freiburg um ein Praktikum zu machen.
Mein Mitbewohner und guter Freund Florian macht gerade seinen Doktor an der Uni.
Wir würden uns über einen netten und aufgeschlossen Neuzugang freuen. Wir legen selbst viel Wert auf ein offenes und freundliches Wg Leben ....wie zusammen Essen, Dart spielen und Gesellschaftsabende mit guten Freunden. Wir haben die Erfahrung gemacht, dass viele unserer Übergangsmieter in der Vergangenheit, sich zu guten Freunden entwickelt haben und wir würden uns freuen wenn es auch nochmal so kommen würde.

I'm Jonas, I'm 25 and study Renewable Energy at the TU in the Master and will do an internship in Freiburg for at least half a year.
My roommate and good friend Florian is doing his doctorate at university.
We would be happy about a nice and open new flat mate. We put a lot of emphasis on a nice Wg life .... like eating together, playing darts and social evenings with good friends. We have the experience that many of our transitional tenants in the past, have developed into good friends and we would be happy if it would come again.
