We have 3 beautiful brightly-lid private rooms available in our fully furnished and serviced co-living apartment called ‘The Maze’ in a super central and well-connected area in Berlin.
🏰The apartment:
This charming home is a typical Berlin ‘’Altbau’’ (old building), dating back to the 19th and 20th Centuries. Particularly impressive is the entranceway with the marble-clad walls topped off with a sweeping central staircase and elevator.
It accommodates 6 beautiful bedrooms with high ceilings and big window frames. It has a very spacious kitchen, large dining, and a connecting lounge area with a balcony. It has a separate laundry area and two spacious bathrooms.
🛌The room:
The room is fully furnished with beautiful Nordic design. It includes everything you need for comfortable living: a big bed of 140X200 (180x200 for the couples room) including duvets, pillows and bed linen, a desk with a chair, a big closet (with hangers and shelves), storage units under the bed, laundry basket, lamps, plants, and other decorations.
📜Our prices are all-inclusive and give you:
- rent, water, electricity
- high-speed internet

- 2 times per week cleaning
- biweekly linen change
- shared common supplies (toilet paper, soap, cooking oil etc.)

This apartment is called Maze. Named because of its maze like corridors is located near West Berlin’s most iconic and bustling avenues - Kurfürstendamm. The long boulevard can be considered the Champs-Élysées of Berlin, lined with shops, hotels, cinemas, theaters and restaurants.
There is good and convenient connection to public transport from the Maze apartment to reach any part of the city.
