Die gemeinsame komplett neu geflieste Küche ist mit einer Einbauküche und einer Waschmaschine, sowie einer Speisekammer und einer kleinen Sitzecke ausgestattet. Das Wannenbad kann über ein Fenster belüftet werden und befindet sich in einem gepflegten Zustand.
Eine Grundausstattung bestehend aus Küchenutensilien und Geschirr ist vorhanden. W-LAN, Strom, Heizung und Warm-Wasser sind mit einem Pauschalbetrag* in der Bruttomiete enthalten.

The room is equipped with a spacious loft bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), a wardrobe, a desk and a sofa.
The more than 20 m² room is rectangular and has two large windows.
The apartment itself has a nice and practical cut and is flooded with light. The wooden floor sets a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The new tiled kitchen is equipped with kitchen furniture, a washing machine, as well as a small seating area. The bathroom has a bathtub, is in a well-kept condition and can be ventilated through a window.
Basic equipment consisting of kitchen utensils and dishes is available. WiFi, electricity, heating and hot water are included in the gross rent at a flat rate *.
*) This flat rate includes an average residential use. Disproportionate use of resources will be invoiced separately.
Trotz der belebten Hauptverkehrsstraße Alt-Moabit unmittelbar vor der Haustür, lässt es sich ruhig und geschützt im Hinterhaus arbeiten. Die WG befindet sich im 1. OG eines gepflegten, stets instand gehaltenen Berliner Altbaus.
Der Hauptbahnhof ist in knapp 10 Min zu erreichen und die nächste U-Bahnstation ist 600 m entfernt. Zahlreiche Cafés, Restaurants, Imbisse laden zum Schlemmen und Flanieren ein. Auch Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Spree, wie auch der Ottopark zum einen und der kleinen Tiergarten zum anderen sind zu Fuß erreichbar, welches eine breitgefächerte Freizeitgestaltung im Freien ermöglicht.
Despite the busy main road Alt-Moabit right outside the building, you can work quietly and safely in the rear building. The flat is on the 1st floor of a well-kept, always maintained Berlin old building.
The main train station can be reached in just about 10 minutes and the closest underground station is 600 meters away. Numerous cafes, restaurants and snack bars invite you to feast and stroll. Shops for daily needs are also within walking distance. The Spree, as well as the Ottopark on the one hand and the kleiner Tiergarten on the other are within walking distance, which allows a wide range of outdooractivities.
