Ich suche einen neuen Mitbewohner für meine 2er-WG. Voraussetzung ist, dass du als Student an einer Berliner Hochschule immatrikuliert bist, da die Wohnung vom Studentenwerk verwaltet wird.
Im am looking for a new roommate in my shared flat. You need to be a student at a University in Berlin to be able to live here, since the flat is managed by the Studentenwerk.
Die Lage ist insgesamt sehr angenehm, die Busse M48, M85 und M29 sind direkt um die Ecke, U-Bahn ist auch in der Nähe. Bis zum nächsten Supermarkt sind es ca. 15 min zu Fuß oder 2-3 Stationen mit dem Bus. Zur Parksituation kann ich nicht viel sagen, da ich kein Auto habe.
The flat is located nicely, with the M48, M85 and M29 busses being just around the corner. The subway is also nearby. The next grocery store can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes or via 2-3 stops by bus. As I don't have a car, I can't say much about the parking situation.
Zu mir: Ich heiße Lars, bin 34 und beende in den nächsten Monaten mein Biologie-Masterstudium an der HU. Nebenher arbeite ich als Bioinformatiker beim Max-Planck Institut für molekulare Genetik.
Ich habe generell kein Problem mit einer Zweck-WG. Ich habe nichts dagegen, wenn wir als WG etwas zusammen unternehmen, aber es ist kein Muss. Wegen der Pandemie habe ich aktuell keine Leute zu Besuch, nur mein Partner ist oft hier.
I am Lars, 34 years old and will be finishing my masters in biology at the HU soon. I also work at the Max Planck Institute for Molecular Genetics as a bioinformatician.
I do not have a problem with both of us living our seperate lives. We can of course do some activities as a WG, but that is not something I am specifically looking for. Due to the pandemic, I rarely have people over. Only my partner is here often.
