Die Größe beträgt zirka 9qm mit einem Blick auf die Strasse.
Es wird vollständig möbliert weitervermietet.
Die WG:
Die 61 qm-große Wohnung wird mit zwei Studenten geteilt.
Innerhalb der WG selbst gibt es ein Bad mit einer Badewanne und eine neu eingerichtete Küche mit einem Glaskeramik-Kochfeld, Backofen, und einem großzügigen Kühlschrank; ebenso in der Küche zu finden sind eine Waschmaschine und eine Spülmaschine.
Die Wohnung wird elektrisch geheizt und über W-LAN verfügen wir natürlich auch.
Die Lage:
Die WG befindet sich im nördlichen Teil von Moabit; sie liegt nur 3min zu Fuß von der S-Bahn Station „Beusselstraße“ entfernt, welche eine direkte Anbindung zur Ringbahn anbietet sowie eine Weiterfahrt mit den Bussen 106, 123 ermöglicht. Die Turmstraße mit diversen Shops (darunter Rewe, DM, Rossmann und McPaper) ist in 5min zu Fuß erreichbar. Direkt um die Ecke gibt es für den Notfall eine Bäckerei, einen Kiosk sowie ein Getränkemarkt.
Sonstiges:
Folgende Sprachen werden in der WG gesprochen: Deutsch, Französisch und Englisch.
Gerne wird nach einem Nachmieter bzw. einer Nachmieterin gesucht, welche/r für mindestens 6 Monate einziehen wird. Bei Interesse einfach melden, wir freuen uns auf dich!

Here are some details:
The room:
Its size is about 9qm.
It will be sublet completely furnished.
The flat:
You are sharing the 61qm flat with two other students.
There is a bathroom with a bath tub and a new kitchen including a ceramic glass cooktop, an oven, and a spacious fridge; moreover, you will find a washing machine and a dish washer in the kitchen, too.
The flat is heated electrically and – as a matter of course – WIFI is also available.
The location:
The flat is located in the northern part of Moabit - Tiergarten; it's only 3min away from the station „S-Bahn Beusselstraße“ which offers a direct gate to the Ringbahn and to the busses 106, 123. The street „Turmstraße“ , where several shops are located (incl. Rewe, DM, Rossmann, and McPaper), is a 5min-walk away. For emergencies, we have a bakery, a convenience store, and a „drink market“ (it's a German thing, means a store which only sells bottled drinks) right around the corner.
Else:
Following languages are spoken within our flat-arrangement: German, French and English.
We prefer someone who is planning to stay for at least six months – or longer.
