The house is made up actually of two rooms; one small bedroom and one big living room with a balcony. However, I will be coming to the house once per month to sleep for 2 or 3 night and for this I will keep my stuff in the small room and will lock it. The living room which is really big will be occupied by you and it has a balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped. The house is really nice, the room is unfurnished. The house is located directly on the river and 5 mins away walking from the Sbahn. One stop away from Zoologischergarten, the location is really amazing. The person who will rent the room must take pictures of the letters in the postbox on a regular basis and send it to me on whatsapp. Anmeldung is available in 2 or 3 months. I am looking preferably for a girl. The deposit is negotiable and can be paid into sections it's okay for me. However, please read all of the conditions before you send me a message request because as you see I will come once or twice per month for few days. Sometimes I won't, but yeah ideally let's say I will do. If you are interested please send me a message informing me about your age, nationality, what do you do in Berlin, why are you there, your lifestyle, every single detail please. The house will be available for short term or long term!. By the way I can send you a video of the house.
