Ich vermiete mein Zimmer für Weihnachten. 9 Tage, 230 Euro. Die S Bahn Baumschulenweg ist 2 minuten entfernt, was heißt, man ist gut mit der Stadt verbunden. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und grün, ser Plänterwald ist 5 Minuten entfernt, das Ufer der Spree ist auch da in der Nähe, alles richtig schön. Das Zimmer ist mittelgroß, es gibt einen Tisch, einen Schrank ein Bett usw. Die Mitbewohner sind auch richtig nett, Lenny ist ein Student und Federico arbeitet in einer Bäckerei.
I am renting out my room for Christmas. 9 days, 230 eur. The S Bahn Baumschulenweg is 2 minutes away, which means you are well connected to the city. The area is very quiet and green, the Plänterwald is 5 minutes away, the banks of the Spree are also nearby, and everything is really nice. The room is medium in size, there is a table, a closet, a bed etc. The flatmates are really nice too, Lenny is a student and Federico works at a bakery.
