Cozy Privat room in 5 Room Flatshare, near HTW, Schöneweide

I am looking for someone for interim rent from 6th Aug to 10th Sep (feel free to also message me for any the inbetween time period). Doing a placement? Working remotely during the summer? Moving to Berlin for uni and need somewhere shortterm while you set up in Berlin? Then this is the perfect place for you!

Apartment facilities:

The private room is about 14 m² big (about 5.5 x 2.5m) and is furnished. A bed (140 × 200cm), desk, clothes rail, two shelves, and a small sofa are available.

The shared rooms include the kitchen with everything in it, the bathroom with tub, a storeroom (here you can dry the laundry) and a cellar. The apartment is equipped with Wifi, a washing machine and dishwasher and microwave.

Surroundings:

The apartment is located in a quiet side street without excessive street noise. The neighbors are really nice, which makes living here really pleasant.

The apartment is located ideally for students of the HTW -> Campus Wilhelminenhofstr. and Treskowallee, Humbold- Uni -> Campus Adlershof or also the TH- Wildau.

Directly behind the house stops the bus that takes you to Köpenick or in the other direction to the S-Bhf. Schöneweide (although you can also reach it in 8 min. on foot). From there you are at Südkreuz in 17 min, Ostkreuz in 10 min and Warschauer Straße in another 2 min.

Two supermarkets are right around the corner and the HTW is across the street. You just have to cross the street and sit at the beautiful Spreeufer :)


We are:

Your flatmates are relaxed, fun-loving, open-minded and uncomplicated. The shared apartment offers a nice kitchen with space for 4 people to cook together, sit, chat, be funny.

J (21) is not in Berlin for the summer and is renting her room to you. She plays violin and guitar, likes to cook and is a student.

L (25) is your main roommate. He plays the trumpet, works full time in brass instrument design and production and likes to chill in the evenings in the WG or play badminton.

Ar (35) is in the WG once a week, where he also has his own room, and takes care of all the plants in the WG.

Al (40) is our main tenant and not so often there, but he comes sporadish to Berlin in the WG by, where he also has a room.

!!! oh yes, VERY IMPORTANT: 
Please write me a few lines about yourself in advance. Who are you? What do you do all day long and in your free time? (Because university/work is nearby, the cobblestones here shimmer so beautifully in the evening sun, or the like).

Hey Leute!

Ich suche ab 6. Aug bis 10. Sep jemanden zur Zwischenmiete. (gerne auch wegen kürzerem Zeitraum mir schreiben). Willst Du home office von einer anderen Stadt aus machen? Machst Urlaub oder ein Praktikum? Ziehst wegen Studium in die Stadt und brauchst erstmal übergangsfristig eine Bleibe? Dann hab ich das perfekt Zimmer!

Wohnung Ausstattung:
Das Zimmer hat ca. 14 m² (ca. 5,5 x 2,5m) und wird möbiliert vermietet. Ein Bett (140 × 200cm), Schreibtisch, Kleiderstange, zwei Regale, und ein kleines Sofa sind vorhanden.

Zu den gemeinsam genutzten Räumen zählen die Küche mit allem was darin ist, das Wannenbad, ein Abstellraum (hier kann die Wäsche getrocknet werden) und ein Keller. In der Wohnung finden sich ein DSL-Anschluß, eine Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler -> in einem 4er Haushalt die absolut wichtigsten Utensilien!

Umgebung:
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße ohne übermäßigen  
Straßenlärm, auch die Nachbarn sind echt gut drauf und sehr tolerant, was das Wohnen echt angenehm macht.

Die Wohnung ist ideal gelegen für Studenten der HTW -> Campus Wilhelminenhofstr. und Treskowallee, Humbold- Uni -> Campus Adlershof oder auch der TH- Wildau.

Direkt hinter dem Haus hält der Bus, der dich nach Köpenick oder in die andere Richtung zum S-Bhf. Schöneweide bringt (obwohl man den auch in 8 min. zu Fuss erreicht). Von da aus bist du in 17 min. am Südkreuz, in 10 min. am Ostkreuz und in weiteren 2 min. an der Warschauer Straße.

Zwei Supermärkte sind direkt um die Ecke und die HTW ist genenüber. Du musst nur über die Straße gehen und sitzt am schönen Spreeufer :)

Wir sind:

Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner sind entspannt, für Späße gerne zu haben, aufgeschlossen und unkompliziert. Die WG bietet eine schöne Küche mit Platz für 4 Leute zum gemeinschaftlichen Kochen, Sitzen, Quatschen, lustig sein.

J (21) ist über den Sommer nicht in Berlin und vermietet ihr Zimmer an Dich. Sie spielt Geige und Gitarre, kocht gerne und ist Studentin.

L (25) ist Dein haupt Mitbewohni. Er spielt Trompete, arbeitet vollzeit im Instrumentenbau und chillt gerne abends in der WG oder im Badminton Verein.

Ar (35) ist so 1x pro Woche in der WG, wo er auch ein eigenes Zimmer hat, und passt auf alle Planzen in der WG auf.

Al (40) ist unser Hauptmieter und nicht so oft da, aber er kommt sporadish nach Berlin in der WG vorbei, wo er auch ein Zimmer hat.

!!! achja, GANZ WICHTIG: 
Bitte schreib mir vorab ein paar Zeilen über dich. Wer bist du? Was macht du so den lieben langen Tag und in deiner Freizeit? (Weil Uni/ Arbeit in der Nähe ist, die Pflastersteine hier so schön in der Abendsonne schimmern, o.Ä.)
