The room (~30sqm) is furnished and has its own balcony to the quiet backside of the house. A large bed (160cm wide) and plenty of storage space are available.
The apartment is fully furnished in a minimalist style but with everything you need.
It's on the 5th floor (with elevator).

Die Harzer Straße 109 befindet sich am wunderschönen "Länderdreieck", wo sich Kreuzberg, Alt-Treptow und Neu-Kölln treffen.
Es sind mehrer Parks in Laufnähe sowie das Maibach-Ufer an dem sich viele Restaurants und Bars befinden.

Harzer Straße 109 is near the beautiful "Länderdreieck", where Kreuzberg, Alt-Treptow and Neu-Kölln meet.
There are several Parks as well as the Maibach-Ufer river, which has a diversity of restaurants, bars and clubs nearby.

Eine Putzfrau kommt wöchentlich und gemeinschaftsräume sollten aufgeräumt und sauber gehalten werden.
Sowohl in der Wohnung als auch auf den Balkonen möchte ich kein Rauchen.
Ich arbeite tagsüber von Mo-Fr und Sonntags, freue mich aber wenn wir uns Abend unterhalten oder gemeinsam etwas ruhiges unternehmen :)

Hi! I'm Maximilian, i'm 37, and I'm a freelance Software Developer and Entrepreneur.
I work in my room during the daytime and in the evenings im often not at home. My previous roommates and I mostly interacted on the weekends.
The cleaning service comes weekly and I prefer keeping the shared spaces cleaned up.
There is no smoking in the apartment and preferably also not on the balcony.
I'll be working in my room from Mo-Fr and in the evenings I'll often be out for meetings. But i'm happy to give recommendations about Berlin or hangout on the weekends :)
