I am offering a cozy bright furnished room in a clean, fully outfitted apartment starting on March
1. The apartment is located in Treptow (7 minutes on foot from the S Bahn and 3 minutes from a bus that runs all day and night).
I am looking for a new roommate for the apartment. I am John, an american guy (37) that has been living in Berlin for a while now. I have studied here at the Berlin School of Economics and Law and am now working in Management in the IT industry, the roommates there are a Iranian business master student in his mid 20ies. And a girl from Italy early 30ies who works as in talent management at a social media website.
I speak Spanish, English and German and we are looking for someone to rent preferably long term, but short term could be possible if you are a good fit.
The apartment is really clean and very newly outfitted with mainly a couple of year old furniture. The room is a furnished, bright, and the kitchen and bathroom are fully outfitted and well organized. We have all the kitchen utensils, pots, pans, everything you will need here.
It is very close to S-bahn Plänterwald, about 20 minutes away from Alexanderplz. And it is close to the a bus N65 towards Schlesisches Tor that runs all Day and night.
WG-Leben:
We have a shared fridge and sometimes go shopping together, cook together and eat together or we sometimes go out together, but its not a prerequisite, and you can have your privacy too. also everything is nicely and clearly separated for each resident.

Wir suchen eine Mitbewohner/in. Das Zimmer ist gemütlich und möbeliert. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und ist in die nächer von S Plänterwald (7 Minuten zu Fuß).
Die wohnung ist sehr sauber und alles neu gemacht.
Zu mich, ich John (37) habe hier an der HWR studiert, arbeite jetzt in Management im IT Bereich, und 2 andere Mitbewohner. Wir halten die Wohnung sauber.
