***Note: Since two of our beloved roommates are leaving us, the primary tenants will be changing as well. You should be interested in being part of the WG long term and also open to possibly becoming one of two main tenants.
Besides this room, another 23sqm room will be available from 1st of May.***
Your next room is about 16sqm and will be handed over empty (with the option of taking over some of the furniture), so you can design it according to your wishes. The apartment has two bathrooms (the bigger one with a bathtub and a small one with a shower) and a very large kitchen, which is fully equipped (including dishwasher). In addition, there is a small self-built bar! :)
For barbecues in the summer, we share a backyard with our neighbors.
The apartment is only 5 minutes walk from the S- Bahn station Baumschulenweg. From there you can reach Ostkreuz in 7 minutes, Neukölln in 6 minutes and the Ring in 4 minutes. It is also super close to Tretpower Park/ Plänterwald and the river. If you are an ambitious cyclist, you can be at Schlesisches Tor in 15 minutes (or just take the bus).

A bit about us:
Katha (30): A social worker and Master student (African studies) with a love for music, dancing and good food.
Passionate about bringing people together she likes to organize brunches/barbecues/get together or a small birthday-/house party every now and then (don’t worry, we’re not a „Party-WG“ 😉)
Jimmy (27): From the UK and currently selling his soul by working as a data analyst for a start up. In his spare time, he likes to play football, cook new recipes he found on the internet and go on travel adventures (recent trip to India :) ).
We’re looking for someone who is excited by the idea of living in a WG and would actively choose it over living alone. We’re obviously not a “Zweck WG” and like to hang out and have drinks at home together. We would love our future flatmate to be a part of this. We would also prefer it if you weren’t sooo new to Berlin that you're still in your “partying five nights a week” phase ;)
The casting will probably take place on the 14th and 15th of March, as well as the week after.
