The balcony is shared. Third flatmate Cat Mimi, friendly and social, is living here too.

Das Zimmer ist mit Korklaminatboden versehen und antiken Möbeln.

Nearest transport possibility is the bus 194 with 5 min to Hermannplatz and the S-Bahnstation Treptower Park.
In 2 min you will find grocery stores like LPG, Netto and Edeka.
The Landwehrcanal is reachable in 5 min and a great place to go for a walk.
The bicycle is the nicest way to go around and could be rented too.

Every morning we enjoy the magic of coffee and tea together to awaken our creative spirits. Nature is our playground of inspiration where we freely express ourselves. I, as an enthusiastic clothing technician, paint and dance, while Clara, the physician, enchants us with masterful piano. It would be perfect if you also pay attention to the environment and conscious living at home. It's not a party apartment. But of course you can live normally like at home, make music with instruments if you want, or cook with friends.
You can be crazy as long as you bring POSITIVE VIBES and you have to be clean!
It's the best neighborhood here to be close to everything and yet live quietly. After intense work days we maintain our balance with sports, relaxing moments on the balcony and soothing meditation. This space is sacred to us. Since I will be traveling soon, I am looking for subtenants who would like to share our creative life for a few weeks. Hallo und Willkommen in unserer lebendigen WG! Nelly geht auf Reisen und daher suchen wir für einen Untermieter.
Jeden Morgen genießen wir gemeinsam den Zauber von Kaffee und Tee, um unsere kreativen Geister zu wecken. Die Natur ist unser Spielplatz der Inspiration, in dem wir uns frei entfalten. Ich, als begeisterte Bekleidungstechnikerin, male und tanze, während Nelly, die strahlende Schauspielerin, uns mit meisterhaften Klavier- und Gitarrenklängen verzaubert. Es wäre perfekt, wenn ihr auch auf die Umwelt achtet und auf ein bewussteres Leben zu Hause achtet. Es ist keine Party-Wohnung. Aber natürlich kannst du ganz normal wie zu Hause leben, mit Instrumenten Musik machen, wenn du willst, oder mit Freunden kochen.
Du kannst verrückt sein, solange du POSITIVE VIBES mitbringst und Du musst sauber sein!
Es ist die beste Gegend hier, um nahe an allem zu sein und doch ruhig zu leben. Nach intensiven Arbeitstagen pflegen wir unsere Balance mit Sport, entspannenden Momenten auf dem Balkon und wohltuender Meditation. Dieser Raum ist uns heilig. Da ich bald verreisen werde, suche ich Untermieter/in, der für ein paar Wochen unser kreatives Leben teilen möchte.
