Currently, I have four rooms available in my appartment. The rooms have a comfortable bed, a desk with chair and a wardrobe for your clothes. Also the common areas are fully equipped with washing machine, cooking equipment and all you need for your daily living.

rent price is all inclusive (rent + heating + water + Internet + GEZ/german TV license fee).
Minimum stay: 6 months!
VERY IMOPORTANT: Before moving in, you have to pay the deposit of 950€ including a final cleaning fee of 50€. This is not negotiable at all. The deposit has to be paid via bank transfer before moving in. I don´t accept cash.
I am looking for somebody who can move in as soon as possible.

The nearest public transport is the tram station Wassermannstraße three minutes away. Little bit farer away you will find the S-bahn-Station Spindlersfeld. From there you can reach every district of Berlin. In the immediate vicinity you can also find some supermarkets, a pharmacy, bank, kiosks, several restaurants and bars and everything else needed for a good living.
