Durch den Flur meiner frisch sanierten Altbauwohnung gelangt man in das möblierte Zimmer. Küche und Bad sind ausreichend groß und verfügen über alles, was man so braucht. Ich bewohne zur Zeit die anderen beiden Zimmer alleine.
The cosy room is freshly renovated and fully furnished. It contains a radiator for heating and the window faces the silent garden of the backyard which is super quiet.
Der massive Altbau aus Gründerzeiten befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Seitenstraße. Zur Ringbahn sind es gerade einmal 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß. Wir befinden uns im 4-Ländereck (Fhain, NK, XBerg, Treptow).
The renowed building is part of a building complex from the industrialisation of the late 19th century. Very few of these buildings have lasted the war. The dead end street is super quiet but also central. One can easily walk over the Elsenbrücke to Friedrichshain. Neukölln and Kreuzberg are also very close. The Treptower Park next to us is my personal highlight living here. I love to just step outside and run in nature.

auf diesem Weg suche ich nach einer sympathischen Person für eine gechillte 3er WG.
Ich habe letztes Jahr den Schritt gewagt und eine eigenen Firma gegründet. Arbeiten tue ich also sehr viel, auch mal von zu Hause. Es ist wünschenswert, wenn du ebenfalls einer geregelten Tätigkeit nachgehst.
I am living with my flatmate Lara from Cologne. I moved in in february 2019. Now I am looking for an additional flat-mate for the 3rd room.
I started my own company in the e-mobility sector last year. My office is close but I'm also working from home somtimes. I am originally from Berlin and enjoy the multicultural environment which has devoleped within the last years. I love nature, being productive, going out, working out, eating healthy, deep talking and electronic music.
We do apreciate quietness and cleanliness. Would be great if you had a regular schedule!
