Since I am going to be travelling, I’m renting my room to a reliable and likeminded person.
You will share the flat with Tim. He is German native but fluent in English, Spanish and Dutch! :)
I am looking for a person from January 1st 2022 until at least May 31st 2022. There’s also the possibility of an extension of the period for the whole month of June, but not sure yet.
Your room (10 m2) is very bright and quiet, with a great view (like all the rooms of the apartment) on the surrounding green. It is fully furnished, and of course you will have all the space for you since I’m going to put aside all my personal belongings. Furthermore, there’s a 18 m2 very bright living room. The whole apartment was freshly renovated in 2019 and is completely furnished, including new dishwasher, etc. There is a bike cellar and additionally we have our own personal cellar should you need to store something.
Anmeldung possible
The apartment is located in a beautiful, very quiet (except the bird singing) and incredibly green residential area. The Plänterwald forest is literally a stone throw away from here! It is very nice to have a walk and relax there, or to go jogging along the river. Also, the whole district is very green, quiet and has an incredibly good air quality. A perfect balance between urban and nature! There is also a ping pong table in front of the building:)
You are just 10 minutes away from Neukölln and 15 minutes (beautiful route through the Treptower Park) from Kreuzberg or Friedrichshain by bike.
About 300m away there’s the bus 165 (Köpenicker Landstrasse / Dammweg), which brings you quickly to Kreuzberg etc. In about 800m away is the S-Bahn station Plänterwald (S8, S85 and S9) that perfectly connects you with the rest of the city.
About your flatmate:
Tim is 29 and lived in different countries for the last few years. Since one year he settled down here in Berlin. He is currently working with a sustainability consulting called Reinventing society - Zentrum für Realutopien.
Tim likes to cook for others and he is always look forward to interesting conversations and sharing life experiences. At the same time, he is very relaxed with the respective right of rest and finds important to take time for yourself. He will be very happy to welcome you and make you to feel at home and comfortable. Of course, this includes a certain cleanliness.
He likes to play the guitar, to do sports (volleyball, football, table tennis, yoga) and he likes to enjoy nature very much. Sustainability is an important lifestyle for him. He is vegetarian, but it would not be a problem if you eat meat. He likes to listen music, go to concerts etc. He looks forward to live together with a likeminded person that can really be oneself and feel comfortable.
Smoking is not possible in the apartment and generally it should not be a party-place. But of course, you can still have your party life in Berlin or you can go out together;)
