Das Zimmer ist relativ klein, ca. 12 qm und ist möbliert.
Das große Wohnzimmer kann zusammen genutzt werden. Die Wohnung hat eine Waschmaschine, eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle usw und ein schnelles Kabel-WLAN.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer kleinen, ruhigen und sehr schönen Nebenstraße direkt am Treptower Park und 3 Minuten vom Bus und 12 Minuten vom S Bahnhof Treptower Park entfernt.
Ich bin aktuell nur jede zweite Woche in der Wohnung, da ich das Nestmodell mit meinen Kindern praktiziere und die eine Woche meine Kinder in der Familienwohnung betreue. Auch sonst bin ich relativ viel unterwegs aber ansonsten sehr kontaktfreudig und unkompliziert.
Ich suche erstmal begrenzt bis Herbst 2023. Falls es passt, können wir auch verlängern.
