I am subletting my room from 23.02 till 22.03. (period flexible)
Check-out should be done on the 22nd of March at the latest 7 pm.
The room is spacious and gets plenty of light as it is on the Southside.
The flat is renovated and in very good condition, equipped with everything you need, including a washing machine.
There is also a nice common outside area with tables where you can enjoy a sunny meal outside.
The apartment is located near Baumschulenweg, just 3min walking to the station where there are connections with S-Bahn and bus.
It's located on a beautiful street with old buildings and, around the area you can also find Lidl, Edeka, Rossman, dm, bakeries, cafes, shops, restaurants, and, of course, your local Späti and Kebab place.
Just 5min walking you have Plänterwald park for a nice walk or jog along the river. Actually, the whole area is surrounded by green areas and there are lakes not so far away either. It is also not far from Treptower Park.
The flat is currently shared with Gusti (me), Lucas 27y, and Claudia 25y.
In our flat, we like to spend some time together, cooking or watching a movie sometimes, but we still respect each other's space and privacy. We'll look for people who seem to be in line with this way of shared living and doing something together. We'll try our best to find someone who we think will get along!
The person has to be clean, as I am leaving my furniture in the room.
