Hey, mein Zimmer wird für drei Wochen im März frei und ich würde mich freuen, wenn sich jemand zur Untermiete findet. Ich bin für drei Wochen unterwegs und nur meine Mitbewohnerin Barbro wäre hier. Sie studiert Medizin, ist sehr nett und viel auf Achse. Mein Zimmer ist 15 qm2 groß und kann umfangreich genutzt werden. Meine persönlichen Sachen sind zum Zeitpunkt des kurzen Einzugs natürlich alle weggepackt. Die Lage ist phänomenal. Neukölln und Kreuzberg sind zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen (inklusive der Wrangel- und Reuterkiez). Es gibt super viele Bars, Restaurants und allmöglichen Läden um die Ecke. Die Warschauer Straße ist zu Fuß nur 15 Minuten von der Wohnung aus entfernt. Zum Rest der Wohnung... die Küche ist super süß, es gibt auch einen Balkon aus dem Zimmer meiner Mitbewohnerin raus.
Am besten bist du weiblich, offen, kommunikativ und gehst respektvoll mit dem Zimmer und dem Rest der Wohnung um. Ein paar Tage plus oder minus wären auch kein Problem! Also wenn du Interesse hast, melde dich gerne :))

Hey, I am on vacation for three weeks in march and I would love to sublet my room for that period of time. The room has 15 square meters and is free to use (my stuff will be gone by the time you move in of course ;) My flatmate is going to be here as well. Her name is Barbro, she is 25 and studies medicine. She is super nice and easy to talk to. The location of our apartment is super nice. Neukölln and Kreuzberg are just across the river 5 minutes away. There are tons of bars, restaurants and cute little stores around here. Warschauer Straße and East Side Gallery are only 15 minutes walking. For the rest of the apartment... The kitchen is super sweet and my flatmate also has a balcony attached to her room.
If you are female, easy to talk to and use my room and the rest of the apartment in a respectful manner I would love to hear from you. If you want to rent my room for a couple of days longer or a bit less that is absolutely fine (in both ways the price will be changed of course).
