I am subletting my fully-furnished 10 sqm room for SEVEN MONTHS from 01 August 2023 to 31 March 2024.
I’m looking for someone who will take good care of my space (and is a non-smoker) while I’m gone.
My room is located in a student village with lots of green spaces to hang around. The Schlachtensee is 20min walking-distance away. I insist we do a (online) tour, so that you have a good overview yourself. (Because the pictures are only from the official renting-office site)

Ein Zimmer mit Bett, Schrank, Tisch, Spiegel alles was man zum Leben braucht:). Wegen seiner Ostlage scheint Mittags nicht so viel Sonne in das Zimmer und es bleibt den ganzen Tag schön kühl, auch bei heißen Außentemperaturen!
Die Küche mit einem großen Essenstisch und Ofen, Wasserkocher und gemeinschaftlichen Tellern und Besteck wirst du dir mit zwei anderen Mitbewohner*innen teilen. Die Küche bleibt immer sehr sauber und es herrscht eine nette Atmosphäre in der man sich gerne aufhällt.
The room is furnished with a bed, table, closet and several mirrors. So it has everything you need to live! Because the room faces the East-side, expecially mid-days not so much sun shines into it and in these hot simmer months it stays refreshingly cool!
the kitchen has a big dinning table and an oven, toaster, kettle and community plates and cutlery!
You will share this room with two other roommates . The kitchen is always very clean and has a very nice vibe to stay in.

The apartment is located in a building in the middle of a student village. However, it is within walking distance of the busstation. The village is surrounded by green spaces. There are nearby shops including Aldi,
Edeka.A small parc 10min away. The lakeis 20min walking distance.The biggest forest area in Berlin, the Grunewald is 30min by public transportation.

Das Zimmer befindet sich Mitten im Studentendorf aber an einem ruhigen Platz.
EINKAUFEN: Supermärkte sind sehr nah gelegen. Es gibt einen Aldi und einen großen Edeka in nur drei Minuten Fußentfehrnung.
SEEN: Um sich an heißen Sommertagen abzukühlen: viele Seen in der Nähe: Schlachtensee in nur 5 Minuten auf dem Fahrrad erreichbar!

Sozialaktivitäten/Partymöglichkeiten:Club: Clubhaus 14 und Biergarten in einer Minute Fußweg erreichbar
SOZIALE AKTIVITÄTEN: Falls du neue Menschen kennenlernen willst kannst du vor allem am Wochenende einfach vor die Tür gehen. Draußen sind Bänke mit Tischen wo man an jedem Freitag/Samstagabend gesellige Studierende antreffen kann.

The room is lokated in the Studentendorf on a quiet spot.
SUPERMARKETS: For Groceries there is an Aldi and Edeka in just maximum 3 minutes by food from your house.
LAKES: To cool down from the hot summer air: plenty of lakes arround Studentendorf: you can reach Schlachtensee in 5 minutes by bike!!
PUBLIC TRANSPORT: to the Busstation Kurstraße just 3 Minute by foot
SOCIAL ACTIVITIES: If you want to meet new people, you simply can go outside on a weekend night and meet sociable students!
PARTY: Clubhaus 14 and a Biergarten only 1 minute away
You will live in a shared apartment with my roomate. She is an early riser and late-to-bed type. It would be handy if you can match her routine. Aside from the room, we have a spacious 16m kitchen, that occasionaly can be transformed into a co-working space. Quite perfect for home-office days. Or a cooking session with friends.
