2 Zimmer Wohnung, vollmöbliert. Das größere Zimmer mit ca. 15 qm hat einen Zugang zum Balkon, weches mit Sitzmöglichkeiten ausgestattet ist. Das kleinere Zimmer ist ca. 10 qm groß. Die Wohnung liegt in einer Nebenstraße, so dass man vom Großstadt Lärm nur wenig mitbekommt. Außerdem sind alle Zimmer zum Hinterhof ausgerichtet.
Von der Wohnung kann man die Tram Station (M10) in 2 Minuten Fußweg erreichen und die U-Bahn Station Bernauer Straße (U8) in ca. 3 Minuten. Der Mauerpark ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und die Eberswalder Straße (U2+Tram) in 10 Minuten. Der Alexanderplatz ist nur 3 U-Bahn Stationen und Gesundbrunnen 2 U-Bahn Stationen entfernt.
Wir suchen zwei nette, saubere Untermieterinnen für unsere Wohnung, während wir im Ausland sind. Mietverlängerung ist evtl. auch möglich. Wir werden auch alle unsere Möbel und Küchenutensilien zur Verfügung stellen. Bei Interesse einfach eine kurze Nachricht an uns schreiben, damit wir einen ersten Eindruck über euch bekommen können.
