30m² room in a spacious 2-room flat behind Osram-Höfe (Wedding) during March 2024. No registration (anmeldung) possible. You'll share the flat with another person who'll rent the other room.
Your room has a very comfy double bed, closet, many books and plants 🌱.
It faces a very quiet part of Osram-Höfe. There is fast WiFi and you can easily work/study from that room.
The flat is a beautiful 2-room 80m² altbau, located in the 2nd floor of a quiet backyard, there is no elevator. There's a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, fast internet and a bright bathroom with bathtub and washing machine.
It's well connected to U6 Seestr, U9 Nauenerplatz and M13 Osram Höffe. There are a number of parks and forests close by. Closest lake is 10 min away by tram.
You should be a very reliable person, tidy, non-smoker, without pets, who can take care of the flat as if it were theirs and water my plants once a week. If you are queer, creative, love plants and/or cooking, you will feel right at home ✨.
This is not a suitable room for couples.
It is a peaceful residential area, so not a party place. Quiet hours between 22-7:00.
The rent is 600€ for the entire month.
There's a deposit of 600€, which I will give back when you give me back the key.
