Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage. Ein Supermarkt befindet sich direkt im Haus nebenan und ein Späti ist auf der anderen Straßenseite.
Die Station U Amrumer Straße (U9) ist in 4 Gehminuten zu erreichen und der S+U Wedding (U6, S41, S42) ist 10 Minuten entfernt. Außerdem fährt vor der Haustür die Buslinie 142 zwischen Leopodplatz und Ostbahnhof (über Hauptbahnhof).

Im Sprengelkiez gibt es zahlreiche Cafés und gute Restaurants/Imbisse. In 5 Minuten kann man durch einen Park zum Kanal mit kleiner Wiese laufen und auch der Plötzensee ist nur 20 Gehminuten entfernt.

The flat is in a great location. There is a supermarket right next door and a Späti on the other side of the street.
The U Amrumer Straße station (U9) is a 4-minute walk away and the S+U Wedding (U6, S41, S42) is 10 minutes away. In addition, bus line 142 runs from the front door between Leopodplatz and Ostbahnhof (via Hauptbahnhof).

There are numerous cafés and good restaurants/snack bars in the Sprengelkiez. In 5 minutes you can walk through a park to the canal with a small meadow and the Plötzensee is also only a 20-minute walk away.

Für das Zimmer suche ich jemanden, die:der sich auf ein freundschaftliches WG-Leben freut.
Man begegnet sich in der Wohnung viel, weswegen ich mir ein freundliches, entspanntes, lockeres Mitbewohner:innen Verhältnis wünsche.
Ich selbst bin Studentin in den letzten Zügen und wegen meiner Arbeit oft abends unterwegs, deshalb ist mir ein rücksichtsvoller und zugewandter Umgang zuhause sehr wichtig. Die Nachbarn sind sehr tolerant, weswegen natürlich auch gefeiert wird und ich würde mich freuen, wenn du da auch Lust drauf hast!
Sauberkeit und Ordnung in der gesamten Wohnung sind mir sehr wichtig und es wird auch wöchentlich geputzt. Da es keine Spülmaschine gibt, solltest du mit abwaschen kein Problem haben.
Ich verstehe die WG als Safe Space sowohl für uns, als auch für unsere Besucher:innen. Generell solltest du Ally und LGBTIA+ friendly sein und ein Awarenessverständnis mitbringen!

Großer Pluspunkt, wenn du eine Spülmaschine mitbringst!

I am a student in the final stages of my studies and am often out in the evenings because of my work, so it is very important to me to be considerate and supporting at home. The neighbours are very tolerant, which is why we also party, of course, and I'd be happy if you'd like to do the same!
