I sublet one room in my place for a couple of months.
I need calm at the apartament because i have to wake up very early at the morning for working and because when i'm at home i work on a phd-project.
Ich untervermiete ein Zimmer in meiner Studio-Wohnung.
Ich schreibe Dichtung zuhause, wofür ich sowohl viel Ruhe brauche, manchmal brauche ich auch flexibilität, wenn ich an Performances arbeite. Mich freut es sehr aber, wenn es zu einem schönen Austausch kommt, ansonsten respektiere ich sehr die Privatsphäre des Anderen. :)
Die Wohnung (Altbau) ist sehr hell, mit großen Fenstern, Balkon,
in ruhiger Lage und mit viel Grün außen herum
(die Panke, der kleine Schlossgarten vor dem historischen Amtsgericht,
der große Park Humboldthain). Außerdem gibt es zahlreiche Bars und Cafés in der Nähe.
Beste Anbindung:
Man ist mit dem Fahrrad in 15-20 min im Stadtzentrum
(z.B. Friedrichstraße, Alexanderplatz), mit der Bahn geht's natürlich noch viel schneller:
U8, U9, U6, Ringbahn, S1, S2 in Fußnähe - 9 min zum Alexanderplatz, 9 min zum zoologischen Garten).
Supermärkte (Lidl, Penny) 5 min zu Fuß, zentral gelegen und gleichzeitig ruhig.
