Das Zimmer ist ein typisches Altbau-Zimmer, Dielenboden und einem französischen Balkon. Einfache Möbel (Bett, Schreibtisch inkl. Stuhl und Unterschrank) sind vorhanden. Das Zimmer ist ca. 12.5 Quadratmeter groß und wird monatlich 400€ warm inkl. allem (Strom, Internet und GEZ) kosten. Die Erlaubnis der Hausverwaltung zur Untervermietung wird eingeholt, sodass du dich auch problemlos hier anmelden kannst. Das Zimmer wird ab Mitte Januar/ Anfang Februar (Einzugsdatum ist flexibel in dem Zeitraum) zunächst befristet bis 31.1.2025, eventuell mit Option der Verlängerung, untervermietet. Die Hauptmieterin wohnt hier derzeit nicht und je nachdem, ob sie im Januar 2025 nach Berlin zurückkommt oder nicht, kannst du unbefristet drin bleiben.

The room is a typical old building room, floorboards and a French balcony. Simple furniture (bed, desk incl. chair and base cabinet) are available. The room is around 12.5 square meters large and will cost 400€ warm per month incl. everything (electricity, internet and GEZ). The permission of the house management for subletting will be obtained, so you can also register here without any problems. The room will be sublet from mid-January or beginning of February (move-in date is flexible between those dates) initially for a limited period until 31.1.2025, possibly with an option to extend. The main tenant does not live here at the moment and depending on whether she returns to Berlin in January 2025 or not, you can stay in indefinitely.
Was hier super schön ist, ist die grüne Umgebung mit Schäfersee, Schillerpark, Volkspark Rehberge und Plötzensee. Die Wohnung ist im Schweizer Viertel, an der Grenze Reinickendorf/ Wedding (die Straße heißt Grindelwaldweg). Eine Bushaltestelle der Busse 120/N20 ist direkt vor der Tür, der Bus 128 eine Kreuzung weiter. Die nächsten U-Bahn-Stationen sind U8 Franz-Naumann-Platz und U6 Rehberge. Am meisten bietet sich aber wie immer in Berlin an, einfach mit dem Fahrrad zu fahren. Netto ist um die Ecke, alles Andere findet man 5 Fahrradminuten entfernt in der Müllerstraße.

What is super nice here is the green surroundings with the Schäfersee, Schillerpark, Volkspark Rehberge and the Plötzensee. The apartment is in the Schweizer Viertel, on the Reinickendorf/ Wedding border (the street is called Grindelwaldweg). A bus stop of buses 120/N20 is right in front of the door, bus 128 one crossing further. The nearest subway stations are U8 Franz-Naumann-Platz and U6 Rehberge. However, as always in Berlin, the most convenient way to get around is simply by bike. Netto is around the corner, everything else can be found 5 minutes away by bike in Müllerstraße.
Ich bin Lucia, 25 Jahre alt, und wohne seit Mitte März in Berlin. Zuvor habe ich viele Jahre in Belgien und den Niederlanden gelebt. Ich habe Projektmanagement mit Fokus auf Nachhaltigkeit studiert und bin nach Berlin gezogen, da ich hier ein Jobangebot von einer NGO erhalten habe. In meiner Freizeit bin ich gerne in der Natur unterwegs, fahre gerne mit dem Rad, erkunde gerne neue Ecken von Berlin und ernähre mich hauptsächlich vegan. Ich lebe seit 2017 durchgängig in WGs und habe somit viele WG-Erfahrungen. Ich freue mich über einen netten Austausch und nette Unternehmungen zusammen. Eine gewissen Grundsauberkeit und Achtsamkeit den Mitbewohner*innen gegenüber ist mir wichtig. Konsens sollte eine feministische, antirassistische und LGBTQIA+ freundliche Grundhaltung sein.

I am Lucia, 25 years old, and have been living in Berlin since mid-March. Before that, I lived in Belgium and the Netherlands for many years. I studied project management with a focus on sustainability and moved to Berlin because I received a job offer from an NGO here. In my free time I like to be out in nature, ride my bike, explore new corners of Berlin and eat a mostly vegan diet. I have been living in shared flats consistently since 2017 and thus have a lot of experience in it. I am happy about a nice talks and activities together. A certain basic cleanliness and attentiveness towards the flatmate is important to me. Consensus should be a feminist, anti-racist and LGBTQIA+ friendly attitude.
Der Hauptmieterin (bin ich nicht) sind folgende Dinge wichtig: Sie möchte ausschließlich Nicht-Raucher*innen, dass die Person ein festes Einkommen hat/ jemand hat der für sie bürgt/ irgendwie nachgewiesen werden kann, dass man zuverlässig die Miete zahlt und Haustiere sind leider nicht erlaubt.
Wenn die Voraussetzungen alle passen, schreibe gerne ein bisschen über dich, deine WG-Erfahrungen, schicke mindestens ein Foto und schreibe mir dein Lieblingsgetränk (dann weiß ich Bescheid, dass du die Anzeige gelesen hast).

To the main tenant (not me) the following things are important: She wants only non-smokers, that the person has a fixed income / can somehow prove that you reliably pay the rent and pets are unfortunately not allowed.
