Super bright 22sqm room LONG TERM
ONLY if you’re willing and are eligible to enter our flat contract. It’s a 3 people WG classic contract. Please read requirements below. Be mindful of our requirements “QTBIPOC” is mandatory, and please say your age and respect our +30 preference.
The room is bright as can be (large ‘Denkmalschutz’ windows facing south). It includes a desk, chair, chest of drawers and an ikea couch bed.
The flat is quite spacious (112 sqm) with a large, bright living room and everything you need.
please provide proof of income of at least 900€ (Netto) or Bürgschaft).
Total rent: 552€ includes: electricity, gas, internet, GEZ, Mieterverein and home contents insurance.
- The flat is very well located in the west side of Wedding, almost at the junction between Müllerstr and Seestr.
- The nearest Ubahn (Seestrasse U6) and Tram stations (M13, M50) are only 6 min walk
- Easy connections with Ringbahn or lines U8 and U9.
- All the shopping possibilities that the Müllerstrasse offers are available around the corner (Rewe, Penny, Turkish, Bio, Asian, DM, Rossmann, etc.)
This is a WG, shared with 2 flatmates. We are a mixture of students and freelance artists. At home our main communication language is English.
We’re looking for a responsible, tidy, non-smoker person who doesn’t party at home. Preferrably vegetarian/vegan, or ok with not cooking meat at home on a regular basis. We have a weekly cleaning schedule.
