ich heiße Mona, bin 38 Jahre alt und suche eine nette Mitbewohnerin/einen netten Mitbewohner. Die Wohnung, in der ich lebe, liegt im schönen Wedding, unmittelbar in der Nähe der Rehberge. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und BVG Anbindung gibt es zur Genüge. Das Zimmer, dass zur Untermiete frei ist, würde 450 Euro mit allem drum und dran kosten (WLAN, Strom, Möbel). Es ist ein teilmöbliertes Zimmer. Die Untermiete ist erst einmal befristet auf ein Jahr, mit Aussicht auf Verlängerung. Angepeiltes Einzugsdatum ist Juli/August 2023. Ich arbeite Vollzeit und in der Wohnung leben auch zwei Katzen, daher ist es mir wichtig, dass wir keine Party-WG werden. Für mich steht ein ruhiges und harmonisches Miteinander an erster Stelle.
