Das freie Zimmer ist ca. 15 qm groß, geht zum Hof raus und ist vollständig eingerichtet mit Bett, Schreibtisch, Kommode, Kleiderstange. Um in das Zimmer zu kommen, musst du ein Durchgangszimmer durchqueren, in dem unser Mitbewohner Baris wohnt. Der ist weitestgehend entspannt, aber ein wenig Rücksichtnahme ist natürlich trotzdem gefragt. Die Miete beträgt insgesamt 420€.
Die Wohnung ist recht groß. Die Küche bietet viel Platz zum Kochen und rumhängen und es gibt improvisiertes Wohnzimmer in einem großzügigen Flur, mit Couch und Fernseher.

The free room is about 15 square meters, goes out to the courtyard and is fully furnished with bed, desk, dresser, clothes rail. To get into the room, you have to cross a passage room, where our roommate Baris lives. He is very relaxed, but a little consideration is of course still required. The rent is 420€ with everything included.
The apartment is quite big. The kitchen is great for cooking and hanging out, there is also an improvised living room in a spacious hallway, where we have a couch and a TV.
Unser Domizil liegt in einer recht ruhigen Straße nähe Gesundbrunnen. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist super. S-Bahn, U-Bahn, Tram alles fußläufig erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls zuhauf vorhanden .

Our domicile is in a fairly quiet street near Gesundbrunnen.
The transport connection is great. S-Bahn, U-Bahn, tram all within walking distance. Shopping facilities are also available in abundance.
Uns verbindet eine langjährige Freundschaft, die zum Teil bis in die Jugend zurückgeht. Die WG haben wir 2016 gegründet. Seitdem wird hier viel zusammen gekocht und vorm Fernseher rumgelungert. Gelegentlich laden wir Freund*innen zum Biertrinken ein oder gehen zusammen in die Kneipe, auf Konzerte oder feiern. Manchmal residieren unsere Freund*innen auch für ein paar Tage auf unserer Couch, wenn sie nicht aus Berlin kommen. Wir legen Wert auf ein freundliches Miteinander und ehrliche, direkte Kommunikation.
Zur Sauberkeit und Ordnung in der Wohnung ist zu sagen, dass wir einen Putzplan haben, nach dem jede*r einmal pro Woche einen Raum putzen muss. Dass es bei uns ein wenig chaotisch und dreckig ist, kommt trotzdem vor. Jemand Superpedantisches würde sich bei uns entsprechend kaum wohlfühlen.
Zu den einzelnen Bewohnern:
Bariş (42) lernt gerade Deutsch. Außerdem ist er Filmemacher und spielt Baglama.
Patrick (33) hat lange als Sozialarbeiter im Migrationsbereich gearbeitet und gönnt sich gerade eine kleine Pause. Er interessiert sich für alle möglichen Formen von Kunst und ist selbst gerne kreativ tätig.
Tim (33) schreibt gerade seine Masterarbeit im Bereich Brauerei- und Lebensmitteltechnik. Er kocht gerne und zählt Politik zu seinen vielfältigen Interessen.

We have a long-standing friendship, some of which goes back to our youth. We founded the shared apartment in 2016 and we like to hang out in the kitchen or watch a movie together. Occasionally we invite friends over for a beer or go to the pub, concerts or parties. Sometimes our friends stay on our couch for a few days if they are not from Berlin. We value a friendly atmosphere and honest, direct communication.
Regarding cleanliness and order in the apartment, we have a cleaning schedule according to which everyone has to clean a room once a week. It still happens that it is a little messy and dirty here. So someone super-pedantic would hardly feel comfortable here.
About the individual residents:
Bariş (42) is currently learning German. He is also a filmmaker and plays baglama.
Patrick (33) has worked as a social worker in the migration field for a long time and is currently taking a little break. He is interested in all kinds of art and likes to be creative himself.
Tim (33) is currently writing his master's thesis in brewing and food technology. He enjoys cooking and counts politics among his many interests.
