Da ich aus meinem WG Zimmer in Wedding ausziehe, wird ab September ein Zimmer in unserer 4er Zweck-WG frei. Das Zimmer hat ca. 14qm und sehr hell und ist möbliert.

Since I am moving out of my WG room in Wedding, a room in our 4 person Zweck WG is free from September. The room has about 14sqm and very bright and is furnished.
Die WG liegt mitten in Wedding mit Nähe zu diversen Supermärkten, Bars, Club, Boulderhalle/Kletterhalle, Fitnessstudio. U Reinickendorfer Straße, S Wedding und Bushaltestelle sind alle 3-4 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Hauptbahnhof kann man in 8 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad erreichen.

The flat share is located in the middle of Wedding with proximity to various supermarkets, bars, club, bouldering hall / climbing hall, gym. U Reinickendorfer Straße, S Wedding and bus stop are all 3-4 minutes walk away. Central station can be reached in 8 minutes by bike.
Zwei Mitbewohner sind berufstätig und leben hier schon seit Jahren und die dritte ist eine Studentin. Insgesamt ist die WG ruhig (außer dem Lärm von der Straße), sie ist keine Party WG. Da alle aus vier verschiedenen Ländern kommen, wird in der WG Englisch gesprochen.

Two roommates are working and have lived here for years and the third is a student. Overall, the flat share is quiet (except for the noise from the street), it is not a party flat share. Since everyone comes from four different countries, English is spoken in the flat.
Da das Zimmer in der Nähe der Hauptstraße liegt, kann es sehr laut sein. Du solltest damit zurechtkommen können, wenn du das Zimmer übernehmen möchtest. Wenn du die Anfrage abschickst, erwähne dass du diesen Teil gelesen hast, sonst werde ich sie ignorieren.
Du musst die folgenden Unterlagen haben:
- Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung
- Arbeitsvertrag/ die letzten drei Einkommensnachweis
