3 room apartment in Wedding, 105 square meters, fully furnished, for sublease for 8 months (possibly longer). Move-in date September 20. Registration possible.
You will have two bright and south facing rooms of 13 and 14 square meters, one is a bedroom, the other can be used as an extra bedroom, a studio or home office space (note that there is a bunker bed but it is not removable). I am looking for a clean and friendly roommate who ideally also works daily like me 🙂 I also like to hang out with my roommate, talk or cook, but I also like to spend time alone.
I live in Wedding (Brüsseler Kiez) and I'm just a few minutes walk from U Seestraße, stores, bars, beer gardens, restaurants, parks, Spree and Plötzensee. It's a great place to live, offering a casual atmosphere, a green environment, but also a vibrant cultural life. Well connected: U6, U9, M13, 50, bus 106.

3-Zimmer-Wohnung in Wedding, 105 Quadratmeter, voll möbliert, zur Untermiete für 8 Monate (evtl. länger). Einzugstermin 20. September. Anmeldung möglich.
Du wirst zwei helle und nach Süden ausgerichtete Zimmer von 13 und 14 Quadratmetern haben, eines ist ein Schlafzimmer, das andere kann als zusätzliches Schlafzimmer, ein Studio oder Homeoffice-Raum genutzt werden (beachten Sie, dass es ein Hochbett gibt, aber nicht abnehmbar ist). Ich suche einen sauberen und freundlichen Mitbewohner (oder Mitbewohnerin), der idealerweise auch täglich arbeitet wie ich 🙂 Gern hänge ich auch mit meinem Mitbewohner ab, rede oder koche, aber ich verbringe auch gerne Zeit alleine.
Ich wohne im Wedding (Brüsseler Kiez) und bin nur wenige Gehminuten von der U Seestraße, Geschäften, Bars, Biergärten, Restaurants, Parks, Spree und Plötzensee entfernt. Es ist ein großartiger Ort zum Leben, der eine lockere Atmosphäre, eine grüne Umgebung, aber auch ein lebendiges kulturelles Leben bietet. Gut angebunden: U6, U9, M13, 50, Bus 106.
