Da meine Mitbewohnerin verreist, suche ich eine_n Untermieter_in für ihr Zimmer in unserer schönen, geräumigen Wohnung im Wedding. Das Zimmer hat 22 qm, einen Balkon und kostet 220 Euro für die 11 Tage. Der Zeitraum ist auch verhandelbar, wenn du nur für kürzer was suchst.
Das Bett ist ein Stapelbett, es kann entweder als Einzel- oder als Doppelbett benutzt werden (siehe Bilder).
Es gibt eine sonnige Küche zum ruhigen Hinterhof.
As my roommate will be away from August 15th to September 13th, I am looking for a subtenant for her room in our beautiful, spacious apartment in Wedding. The room is 22 sqm, has a balcony, and costs 220 euros for the 11 days. If you are looking for something for a shorter time period, we can talk about that.
The bed can be used either as a single or double bed (see pictures). There is a sunny kitchen facing the quiet backyard.
Die Lage ist zentral im Wedding, in 5 Minuten ist man bei der U6, mit der in kurzer Zeit Berlin-Mitte und Kreuzberg zu erreichen sind. Der Leopoldplatz sowie der Schillerpark sind ebenfalls in Laufnähe. Supermärkte gibt es mehrere um die Ecke und mit der Straßenbahn ist der Volkspark Rehberge und der Plötzensee schnell erreichbar.
The location is central in Wedding; it takes 5 minutes to get to the U6, which quickly reaches Berlin-Mitte and Kreuzberg. The Leopoldplatz and Schillerpark are also within walking distance. There are several supermarkets around the corner, and the Volkspark Rehberge and Plötzensee can be easily reached by tram.
Zu mir: Ich bin 37 Jahre, arbeite als Musiker und Coach, bin eher ruhig und enspannt und mag gerne spazieren, meditieren, lesen. Im Zusammenleben mag ich manchmal Geselligkeit, aber manchmal ziehe ich mich auch gerne zurück und bin für mich.
About me: I am 37 years old, working as a musician and coach, and I am rather calm and relaxed. I enjoy taking walks, meditating, and reading. In communal living, I appreciate occasional socializing, but I also like to retreat and have some personal time.
