In unserer WG wird demnächst ein Zimmer frei. Derzeit wohnen wir zu dritt (26, 32 und 34). Leider zieht eine unserer Mitbewohnerinnen aus, weshalb wir ab November eine neue Mitbewohnerin suchen (weiblich).
Unsere Wohnung befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zur U-Bahn-Station Wedding, was eine gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr gewährleistet.
Das Zimmer kann entweder möbliert oder teilmöbliert gemietet werden. Der Mietvertrag ist unbefristet, und es besteht die Möglichkeit, sich offiziell anzumelden.
Die monatliche Miete beläuft sich auf 600€, und die Kaution beträgt 400€.

A room in our shared apartment will become available soon. Currently, there are three of us, ( 26, 32, and 34)living here. Unfortunately, one of our roommates is moving out, which is why we are looking for a new female roommate from November on.
Our apartment is conveniently located in close proximity to the Wedding subway station, providing excellent access to public transportation.
The room can be rented either furnished or partially furnished. The lease is open-ended, and official registration is possible.
The monthly rent is €600, with a €400 security deposit.
The room is very spacious and well-lit.
