Ich vermiete mein Zimmer, während ich reisen bin (fast 4 Wochen).
Es ist frei vom 22. Oktober 2023 bis zum 17. November 2023. Leider gibt es keine Möglichkeit, länger zu bleiben, fragt mich aber gerne, falls ihr das Zimmer erst später braucht.
Der Preis beträgt 550€ insgesamt für den Zeitraum (Preis ergibt sich anhand der Tage und meiner regulären Monatsmiete).
Mein Zimmer ist gemütlich, groß mit sehr viel Licht, man kann sich hier eigentlich nur wohlfühlen. Das Zimmer ist möbliert. Ich mache viel Homeoffice, also für wen das wichtig ist, kann auf jeden Fall auch von hier aus gut arbeiten.
Du wirst mit meinen wunderbaren Mitbewohnerinnen zusammenleben und unsere gemütliche Küche und den Balkon mit ihnen teilen. Wir sprechen Deutsch und Englisch miteinander.

I am renting my room while I will be travelling (almost 4 weeks).
It is free from 22nd October 2023 until 17th of November 2023. Unfortunately there is no option to stay longer.
The price is 550€ for those days, I calculated using the daily rent I pay.
My room is very spacious and has a lot of light, I am sure you will feel comfortable. It will be fully furnished.
I do a lot of homeoffice, so working from home is possible in my flat, in case that is important for you.
You will live with my wonderful and very social flatmates and share our cozy kitchen and balcony with them.
We speak German and English with each other.

The neighborhood is very green (you can ride your bike along Panke, visit Humboldthain or Reeberge).
It is connected well connected to other neighbourhoods by the U8 (Mitte, Kreuzberg, Neukölln).
